Private Event FAQ
Questions about hosting your private event at The Pickle Bar? We've got answers.
Can I guarantee a table reservation?
We don’t take standard table reservations, however, if you have a group of 12+, we would love to reserve a private event space for you! Please call 843-900-3080 and Press 1 for a reservation.
What is the minimum spending requirement?
We do not have a minimum spending requirement. The minimum to reserve the room on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday is 20 people.
Can I bring outside food a drinks to my party?
No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought in for your party except cake or cupckaes (see below).
When do I need my final headcount?
You have up until 7-days prior to the event to adjust your headcount.
What is your weather policy for uncovered courts?
Weather can be very unpredictable! We cannot guarantee an alternate plan for courts. We do understand that pickleball is an important part of your event. We will make a reasonable attempt to accommodate if a covered court is available.
Are all types of decorations allowed?
Confetti, Confetti Baloons and glitter are not allowed. Items may not be attached to any stationary wall, floor, window, or ceiling with nails, staples, tape, or any other substance in order to prevent damage to the furnishings.
Is a deposit required to book an event?
We require the Room Fee to be paid to hold your reservation.
When are my food/catering selections due?
All food and beverage selections are due 2 weeks prior to your event to allow our culinary team to prepare.
How much time do I have for my event?
All events are based on a 4-hour time frame. If you are interested in a longer or shorter timeframe, ask our party planner for an adjusted quote!
What is your cancellation policy?
You have up to 7 days to cancel your private event before fees incur. Should you wish to reschedule your event within those 7 days, The Pickle Bar, using reasonable efforts, will allow you to rebook your event within (180) days of the originally scheduled date. The deposit will be applied as a credit toward client’s said future event.
Am I allowed to bring in a birthday cake?
We allow professionally baked cake or cupcakes to be brought in from a licensed bakery. All other outside food and beverage are not permitted.
