Mike Spinelli brings over 35 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to his role as General Manager of The Pickle Bar. Mike's career has been wide-ranging across several Charleston-area restaurants. He honed his skills early in his career as part of the management team with S&A Corp, a restaurant group with a portfolio of over 900 establishments. Under his leadership, his team achieved the remarkable feat of clinching the #1 spot in increased sales, a testament to Mike's strategic acumen and dedication to hard work.  Mike's journey in the food and beverage industry also includes accolades like "Restaurant of the Year" with T-Bonz Restaurant Group in West Ashley and most recently, Mike was the General Manager with Swig & Swine.

Mike's true passion lies in teaching the next generation of leaders in the food and beverage industry about the importance of genuine hospitality. He firmly believes that in this business, that is the cornerstone of success. Every day, Mike instills the values of teamwork and authenticity in his staff, ensuring that The Pickle Bar is not just a place to eat and drink but a destination unlike any other.
